From Domestic Liturgy:

Memorial of St. Anastasius (optional)

Jesus withdrew into Galilee; He went and dwelt in Capernaum in the territory of Zebulun and Naphtali, Galilee of the Gentiles.

The people who sat in darkness have seen a great light,

for those who sat in the shadow of death, light has dawned.

Jesus preached, saying,

"Repent,

for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.”

As he walked by the Sea of Galilee, He saw two brothers, Peter and Andrew, casting a net into the sea; for they were fishermen. And He said to them,

“Follow me, and I will make you fishers of men.”

Immediately they left their nets and followed Him.

And going on He saw two other brothers, James and John, in the boat with Zebedee their father, and He called them.

Immediately they followed Him.

And He went about Galilee, teaching and preaching the gospel of the kingdom and healing every disease and every infirmity.

(very loosely from Mt 4: 12-23)

I pray that this text finds you faithful.

I pray that we may all have had a day of repenting.

Please pray for all those listed in all the parts of the litany from last Monday.

PEACE ✌ † 🙏 🐕‍🦺
