From Morning Prayer:
Memorial of St. Agatha
The apostles returned to Jesus, and told him all that they had done and taught.
And He said to them,
“Come away by yourselves to a lonely place, and rest a while.”
The apostles were coming and going, and they didn’t even have time to eat.
So they went off in a boat by themselves. People saw them going and they ran there ahead of them.
As the boat landed, Jesus saw a great crowd, and he had compassion on them, because they were like sheep without a shepherd; and he began to teach them many things.
(from the Gospel of Mark)
I pray that this text finds you being called to evangelize, experiencing humble delivery and being Shepherded.
I pray that we may all have a day of being Shepherded.
Please pray for all those listed in both parts of the litany from last Monday.
PEACE ✌ † 🙏 🐕🦺
